Our corporate advisers will firstly establish what your criteria requires and secondly we will search our database of properties to ensure their availability at the time required. It is imperative that we fully understand what our clients expect and what they are specifically looking for. We will always endeavour to meet and tailor our service to our clients needs and requirements.

Once we have identified the properties that meet your criteria and are available we will prepare a full property presentation including photographs and video links and send this to you for consideration.

In order to reserve our properties we require a 50% holding deposit, which is non refundable if you decide to not proceed with the tenancy, for any reason. We undertake a fast and efficient company application process, as we appreciate that time is of the essence for busy executives.
