Land sale or acquisition 

We actively source land for developers with and without planning consent, including Brownfield and Greenbelt sites. We deal with a network of agents and oversee all the sales negotiations between sellers and buyers.  We also act as land sales agents when our clients wish to put there land up for sale, our specialist consultants will provide specific marketing strategies to assist with the land sale process.
