Student Accommodation

Victor Michael provides a student accommodation service, this facility is specifically designed to accommodate student living. Our accommodation scheme is designed to provide a range of properties for rental, that also meet the high level of safety requirements and a good standard of cleanliness in safe locations for single student occupancies or multi sharers.

Accommodation Packages

The student accommodation packages are offered for a 43 or 52 week period, the rents are fully inclusive of bills, including Rent, utility charges and internet connection.

Lease Agreements

Our lease agreement is a legal document that is an Assured short hold tenancy agreement, which will bind you by law when you sign this document, if you have any questions please ask but you may wish to seek alternative legal advice before signing.                                                                      

Security Deposit

We collect an equivalent of 4 weeks rent, as a protection against any damage or rent arrears, the deposit is registered Within the TDS scheme; you will receive a certificate within 30 days of signing the tenancy agreement.

Holding deposit

To reserve your property you will need to place a holding deposit of £500 subject to referencing, contract and the landlord's decision. If the tenancy proceeds the holding deposit will be deducted from the final balance due. If you fail the credit checks you will be refunded the balance less any credit check costs i.e.£ 

Easy application process     

Simple and easy application process, once you have found the property you wish to rent, the process is quite simple and fast. 

Guarantor

All student applications will need a financial Guarantor that will be subject to referencing and credit checking and be domiciled in the United Kingdom.
