The Victor Michael Property Group can trace its origins back to 1988, when the company was originally founded by Mr Victor Khatri. Since then the company has grown to become one of the longest serving independent property groups in East London and the county of Essex. The company have a network of four  strategically located estate agency branch offices, that are dedicated to serve our clients and the local communities needs.

We provide a bespoke service for Residential and Commercial Sales and Lettings, Property Management and Block Management services. We are also fully accredited members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and The Guild of Professional Estate Agents. We also subscribe to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and The Safe Agent endorsement mark, protecting landlords & Tenants money by client protection insurances.

You are probably aware of the direct online estate agency marketing sites, that are available on the internet these days, quite simply they offer a partial service that allows you to upload pictures to list your property with one of the leading portals like rightmove, Zoopla or On the market.  They offer you a 'For Sale' board for outside your house, arrange viewings by email and range of additional services at a competitive price. Victor Michael would always recommend the full bespoke service we provide, however we recognise and understand that certain vendors are attracted to managing there own sale process. With this in mind we can offer you a comparable service and we have highlighted below how this works for you;

• Complete our online email form with your personal and property details.

• Telephone or online, make your payment of £690 inc VAT with your debit or credit card.

• Our representative will call and arrange a time to visit you and give you a valuation of your property.

• Send us your property pictures and we will upload them to Rightmove, On the Market and Our own website.

• We will upload to our website on the Guild of Professional Estate agents TV channel with a 750 agent office network.

• We will commission an Energy Performance certificate (EPC) which is required by law.

• We will arrange for a ' For Sale ' board to be erected outside your house.

• We will supply you with a Victor Michael guide to selling your property, and assist with any technical advice.

• We will forward all buyers enquires and viewing requests by email, we will obtain as much information as possible.

• We will verify that all buyers are financially and legal qualified, so no one is wasting your time.

• We will provide you with template letters, to help with the sales process when confirming any offers.

• We provide you with our terms of business (These have to be signed and dated)

• When you accept an offer of sale, we can recommend a panel of solicitors you can choose from, to assist with the legal work.
