Full description

A well-presented five double bedroom Victorian terraced house in the sought-after Bushwood area of Leytonstone. Spread over three floors, this property measures in excess of an impressive 1500 square feet (140 square metres) with a spacious eat-in family kitchen, a bathroom on each of the upper floors, in addition to a handy downstairs toilet/utility room.
A few minutes walk from the property will take you to the amenities of Leytonstone High Road with its vibrant cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. Whether you fancy a morning coffee at Le Petit Corner cafe, something sweet from the Wild Goose Bakery, a few drinks at one of the local pubs (The North Star, The Red Lion The Birds etc), or wine tasting at Theatre of Wine, you have all these options and more on your doorstep. Leytonstone will also shortly be welcoming the newest branch of Eat17 to its high street, adding to the already plentiful and diverse local eateries.

Leytonstone underground station is a 5 minute walk away, offering quick access to central London, and the house is also in an area with two highly regarded primary schools including the Ofsted-rated Outstanding Davies Lane primary school.

This is quite simply a fantastic house in an enviable location which would suit the needs of a wide range of buyers.

A word from the owners:
We moved to Leytonstone 6 years ago and we will be really sad to leave both the house and the area, but we have decided to move to be closer to relatives. There is a great sense of community here and with young children we've been really lucky to have access to a wonderful primary school and nursery in Davies Lane, plenty of local green spaces including a park around the corner, Hollow Ponds and Wanstead Flats, and lots going on in the local area.
